Scotland: A land of mystery

Formidable and fierce. Scotland is a land of stories. Of warriors, of legends, of myths. Dark and brooding. Its landscapes are imposing, but beautiful and dramatic. Even if it were abandoned to the elements, Scotland would shimmer and glisten with life. There’s a word in Old Scots ‘stravaigan’ which means to wander aimlessly. It seems fitting for this brooding and soulful place.
